The Hiring Clients page allows you to manage your relationships with hiring organizations, view assigned profiles, monitor approval statuses, and respond to connection requests.

From this page, you can connect with new hiring clients and review the requirements needed to become approved to perform work.

At the top of the page, four summary tiles provide an overview of your hiring client relationships.

3. Respond to Hiring Client Connection Requests

Hiring organizations may also send your company a connection request.

When a request is received, it will appear in your Hiring Clients list with two options:

  • Accept Request: Accept the invitation to connect with the hiring client.

  • Decline Request: Decline the invitation.

To accept a request:

  1. Locate the hiring client in your list.

  2. Click Accept Request.

  3. Once connected, review the assigned profile and its requirements.

Tip: Use the Needs Attention button to quickly identify requests or other items requiring action.

4. Search and Filter Hiring Clients

Use the search bar and filters to locate specific hiring clients.

  • Search Hiring Clients: Find a hiring organization by name.

  • Status: Filter clients by connection status.

  • Approval Status: Filter clients based on their assigned approval statuses.

5. Understanding Your Hiring Client List

Each hiring client is displayed in a separate card showing important information about your relationship.

Hiring Client Name

Displays the name of the hiring organization.

Click the Hiring Client Name to open its details and review your assigned profiles, tasks, and messages.

Assigned Profiles

Each hiring client card displays the number of profiles assigned to your company.

Profiles contain the specific prequalification requirements established by the hiring client.

Your company may be assigned to more than one profile, depending on the work you perform.

Approval Status

Each profile displays its current approval status.

Status

What It Means

The hiring client has not yet assigned an approval decision.

Approved

Your company has been approved under that profile.

Provisionally Approved

Your company has received conditional approval.

Not Approved

Your company has not been approved under that profile.

Suspended

Your approval under that profile has been suspended.

Important: Your approval status is specific to each assigned profile. Being approved under one profile does not automatically mean you are approved under another.

Open Tasks

Each hiring client card also displays whether you have any outstanding tasks.

For example, No Open Tasks indicates that there are currently no open tasks assigned by that hiring client.

Connection Date

Displays when your company connected with the hiring organization or when a connection was requested.

6. Review Your Hiring Client's Requirements

To review the requirements associated with a hiring client:

  1. Click the Hiring Client Name.

  2. Locate the Profiles section.

  3. Select View beside the applicable profile.

  4. Review your questionnaire and document completion status.

  5. Complete any outstanding requirements.

Each profile provides a breakdown of the questions and documents required by that hiring client.

Remember: Completing your questionnaire and submitting your documents helps you meet the hiring client's prequalification requirements. Your hiring client is responsible for determining your approval status.

Keeping Your Hiring Client Connections Up to Date

We recommend reviewing your Hiring Clients page regularly to:

  • Accept new connection requests.

  • Monitor approval statuses across your assigned profiles.

  • Review and complete outstanding tasks.

  • Check for additional questionnaire or document requirements.

  • Stay informed about your hiring client relationships.
