Understanding Your Contractor Dashboard

R
Written by Ronnie Tallman

Your Contractor Dashboard is your main overview of your ContractorXchange account. It provides quick access to your hiring clients, account activity, approval statuses, and items requiring attention.

Use your dashboard to stay informed and keep your account up to date.

1. Dashboard Overview

At the top of your dashboard, you'll find four summary tiles:

  • Active Profiles: The number of hiring client profiles currently assigned to your company.

  • Outstanding Tasks: Tasks assigned to your company that still require action.

  • Expiring Soon: Items approaching their expiry dates that may require updating.

  • New Requests: New requests received from hiring clients.

These tiles provide a quick snapshot of your account's current activity.

2. Approvals

The Approvals chart shows the approval status of your assigned hiring client profiles. This provides a quick overview of where your company stands with its hiring clients.

For example, a status of Not Set indicates that an approval status has not yet been assigned.

Important: Your approval status is determined by your hiring client and may depend on completing their specific prequalification requirements.

3. Evaluation and Assessment Status

For contractors with a Level 3 Profile, your company will receive the OHS Program Evaluation.

Once your evaluation is complete, the Evaluation section displays your company's evaluation results, including your overall score and evaluation rating.

You will also receive the ContractorXchange Assessment status, which considers the Evaluation score, Questionnaire Document completeness and billing items.

For more information, visit ContractorXchange Assessment Statuses.

4. Recent Activity

The Recent Activity section displays recent updates and communications related to your account. This may include:

  • Messages from hiring clients or ContractorXchange administrators.

  • Updates related to your assigned profiles.

  • Notifications about account activity.

  • Profile changes and invoice updates.

Review this section regularly to stay informed about important updates.

4. Activity & Progress Over Time

The Activity & Progress Over Time section provides a visual overview of your account activity and progress by month. Use this section to monitor activity trends and track changes over time.
