Where can I see my Clients?

Learn how to view, manage, and remove your client connections in ContractorXchange, plus tips for growing your network.

View Your Clients

Ensure the My Clients section is visible on your Home dashboard.

  • Check the Account Status box at the top of your dashboard. Make sure the toggle labelled "I want to provide data for clients" is set to Yes. Clients Widget

  • Under My Clients, the Clients box lists all connected companies.

    • What you’ll see for each client:

      • Company name

      • Date the connection was established

      • Approval status and/or notes added by the client (if applicable)

Removing a Client Connection

To remove a client:

  1. Click the client’s name in the Clients widget.

  2. The Data Access window will open.

  3. Set all data access toggles to No.

  4. Follow the confirmation prompts to complete the removal.

Once removed:

  • The company will no longer appear in My Clients

  • All document or questionnaire requests, as well as related tasks will be automatically cleared.

Connect with more Clients

Great news - there’s no limit and no additional cost to connect with as many clients as you’d like!

Using the Message Centre

Want to expand your business opportunities? Use the Message Centre (envelope icon, top of Home dashboard) to build strong client relationships:

  • Introduce yourself to current or potential clients

  • Highlight your services

  • Let them know you’ve sent a connection request
