What Is the "My Clients" Section?

The My Clients section shows key details about your company, as a contractor providing data for your client.


It helps you manage your information and track your status with clients.

ℹ️ Important: Ensure you are connected to your Client(s)

To be visible and meet your clients' compliance requirements, you must ensure you 'Connect' to your client. The data in the 'My Clients' section of your account is data that is visible to your client.

What You Can See

This section includes:

  • Document Completeness – Verify that all your documents have been uploaded.

  • Questionnaire Completeness – Verify that all your answers have been submitted.

  • Clients – View who you're connected to and if you're approved.

  • Locations – See your listed work locations.

  • Services – Review the services you offer.

  • ContractorXchange Evaluation – Track your company’s performance.

  • ContractorXchange Assessment – View Your Assessment Status

  • Tasks Assigned by Your Clients – Track any tasks clients have asked you to complete.

How to Turn On the "My Clients" Section
