How to Use the ‘My Contractors’ section

Overview

The My Contractors section provides clients with control, visibility, and access to contractor data — all in one place. It consolidates contractor evaluation, assessment, and approval status into a single, interactive view.


How to Enable the My Contractors section

In order to view Contractors or Subscribers that have connected with you, the first step is to have the correct account toggle turned to on. Read this article to ensure your account is enabled for viewing Contractors: How to enable the My Contractors section.

Once you have turned on the My Contractors section, the view displays every contractor along with their approval status and other key info, allowing users to view and compare all contractors in one place.


What Each Column Means

Contractors

Displays all subscribers (contractors) that have connected and released their data to you. Use the type-to-search function to instantly find one contractor.

Evaluation Score

Displays the ContractorXchange Evaluation score tier and percentage: Gold, Silver, Non-Sufficient.

Assessment Status

Assessment status set by ContractorXchange (formerly ContractorXchange Approval Status). View and sort by status: Not Set, Standard, Advanced, Insufficient, Suspended.

Assessment Notes

Notes tied to the ContractorXchange Assessment.

Approval Status

Approval Status set by the client: Approved, Provisionally Approved, Not Approved, Suspended, Not Set.

Approval Notes

Notes entered manually by client or via automatic approval rules configured by the client.

Assigned Template

The dropdown will show all templates created by the client in the Templates section. You can view and sort contractors based on the assigned template.


How to Filter Contractors

You can apply multiple filters to quickly refine your contractor list.

For example, by minimum evaluation outcome, by Assessment, by approval status , or by assigned template. These filters can be applied in combination and updates the list immediately, helping users quickly surface the exact subset of contractors they need (such as all contractors with high scores, or those missing certain qualifications).
