ContractorXchange Assessment Statuses

This article defines each Assessment status.

ContractorXchange Scoring System

A contractor account will be set to one of the following ContractorXchange Assessment statuses:

Not Set

  • New Account that is not yet complete, and

  • Evaluation has not been completed.

Standard:

  • A minimum Evaluation status of Silver (score of 60%)

  • All required Documents are complete and current.

  • All required Questions are complete.

  • Account is current (paid Subscription fee)

Advanced

  • A minimum Evaluation status of Gold (score of 85%.)

  • No single evaluation section is scored at '0' (except for questions 1.2 - 1.4).

  • An acceptable Health and Safety Audit Certificate (Valid COR or Equivalent) document requirement is uploaded.

  • All required Documents are complete and current.

  • All required Questions are complete.

  • Account is current (paid Subscription fee)

Insufficient

Can be one or a combination of the following:

  • Failed to achieve minimum Evaluation status of Silver (score of 60%)

  • Outstanding required Documents

  • Outstanding required Questions

Suspended

  • Subscription Fee is outstanding

The ContractorXchange scoring system is designed as a quantitative guideline to assist Hiring Organizations in managing risks, benchmarking performance, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices. The ContractorXchange Assessment status is viewable by your Client(s).

ContractorXchange Assessment status may or may not qualify a subscriber with a client organization. Likewise, failing to achieve an acceptable ContractorXchange Assessment status may or may not prevent a subscriber from qualifying with a client organization.

Subscribers are instructed to clarify the use of ContractorXchange with each client, or prospective client, they are releasing their online profile and evaluation to.
