How do I view outstanding questions?

Quickly view and answer outstanding questions to complete your questionnaire and stay approved on ContractorXchange.

To stay approved on ContractorXchange, you need to answer all required questions in your questionnaire.

View Your Questionnaire Status

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. On the Home page, find the Questionnaire Completeness widget under My Clients.

  3. If you're not at 100%, you have questions that need answers.

The widget shows:

  • Required for ContractorXchange Assessment

  • Requested by ContractorXchange

  • Required for Approval from All Clients

  • Requested by All Clients

Access Outstanding Questions

You can access outstanding questions in two ways:

  • Click View Outstanding Questions in the Questionnaire widget, or

  • Go to Questionnaire in the left menu, then select Outstanding Questions.

Filter and Respond

On the Outstanding Questions page:

  1. The list will show all Outstanding Questions.

    1. You can filter by the 'Show' dropdown at the top of the page:

      • All outstanding questions - this will show all questions required by both ContractorXchange and client.

      • Only questions required for approval - displays questions set to 'Required for Approval' by ContractorXchange and client(s)

  2. The page will display:

    • The Section, Page and Question, and

    • The client who requested it

  3. To answer a question:

    Click View to open the Questionnaire in a new window, which directs you to the page with that question in your questionnaire.

    Answer the question and make sure to click 'Save and Proceed' at the bottom of the page.

Tip: If nothing happens when you click View, check that pop-ups are enabled in your browser.
