Who Adds Questions to My Questionnaire?

Standard Questionnaire Content

Your ContractorXchange Questionnaire includes 41 core questions covering key areas such as:

  • Organization and capacity

  • Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) management

  • Quality management

  • Contractor management

Client-Specific Customizations

Each client you work with can customize your questionnaire further by:

  • Selecting from a pool of 400+ available questions

These customizations are set up during account configuration with that client.

Viewing Your Full Questionnaire

Complete Questionnaire Page

To see your full questionnaire:

  • Go to Complete Questionnaire

  • View your Total Progress as well as your Progress per Client

If a client appears on this page, it means they’ve added custom questions for you to answer.

Who Asked This Question?

As you go through your questionnaire:

  • Each question will display who included it under the label “Included by...”

  • Questions marked with a ⭐ star icon are Required for Approval.

    • These must be completed to maintain or achieve approval status.

  • Questions without the star are optional, but we recommend completing them for best results.

Managing Outstanding Questions

After connecting with a new client, check your Questionnaire Completeness widget to see if anything has changed. If your completion percentage changes for:

  • Required for Approval by All Clients

  • Requested by All Clients

…it means your new client has added questions.

To view and complete these:

  1. Open the Questionnaire widget

  2. Click Outstanding Questions

  3. Set the Show toggle to All Outstanding Questions

  4. Click View to be directed to the page with the question that needs completion
