If you have not already created an account, refer to this article: Create a ContractorXchange account.

Contractor Journey

You will complete your Account Settings, Services, Locations, Questionnaire, and Document Submission.

Make sure to connect with your client. Your client's requirements determine what Level of information is required and can affect your Subscription Fee:

If you see a Level change or an Administration Invoice added to your Recent Activity section, the client has requirements which affect your Subscription Invoice.

If you have a Level 3 profile assigned, your account will receive a ContractorXchange Evaluation. After receiving your Evaluation score, you’ll be assigned a ContractorXchange Assessment Status. Your evaluation score, document completeness, questionnaire completeness, and subscription billing status contribute to this status.

Clients typically begin their assessments once your CX Status has been established.
