Understanding Your Client Dashboard

R
Written by Ronnie Tallman

The Client Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring contractor activity, evaluations, assessments, and approval statuses within ContractorXchange.

It provides a quick overview of your contractor network, helping you identify areas requiring attention and make informed contractor management decisions.

1. Dashboard Overview

At the top of your dashboard, you'll find six summary tiles displaying key information about your contractors.

Dashboard Tile

Description

Total Contractors

Total number of contractors connected to your organization.

Active

Number of contractors with active ContractorXchange accounts.

Inactive

Number of contractors with inactive accounts.

Gold Evaluations

Number of contractors who have achieved a Gold Evaluation.

Advanced Assessments

Number of contractors with an Advanced Assessment status.

Overdue Tasks

Number of assigned tasks that are past their due date.

These indicators provide a quick snapshot of your contractor network and highlight areas that may require follow-up.

2. Template Approval Distribution

The Template Approval Distribution chart provides an overview of contractor approval statuses across your organization's assigned templates (profiles).

Each template represents a set of contractor prequalification requirements established by your organization.

The chart displays the following approval statuses:

  • Not Set: An approval decision has not yet been assigned.

  • Approved: Contractor has been approved for the assigned template.

  • Provisionally Approved: Contractor has received conditional approval.

  • Not Approved: Contractor has not been approved.

  • Suspended: Contractor's approval has been suspended.

Important: A contractor may be assigned to multiple templates and have a different approval status for each.

Use this chart to monitor contractor approval decisions across your organization's requirements.

3. Evaluations

The Evaluations chart displays the distribution of ContractorXchange evaluation results across your contractors.

Evaluations assess contractor health and safety management programs against established criteria.

The chart provides a visual breakdown of contractors with:

  • Gold Evaluation: Contractors meeting the higher evaluation scoring requirements.

  • Silver Evaluation: Contractors meeting the minimum evaluation scoring requirements.

Use this section to monitor the overall health and safety evaluation performance of your contractor network.

Note: A ContractorXchange Evaluation is separate from your organization's contractor approval decision.

4. Assessments

The Assessments chart displays the distribution of contractor assessment classifications.

The chart shows contractors categorized as:

  • Advanced: Contractors assigned an Advanced Assessment classification.

  • Standard: Contractors assigned a Standard Assessment classification.

This provides a quick overview of assessment classifications across your contractor network.

5. Contractors Needing Attention

The Contractors Needing Attention section highlights contractors with overdue or pending tasks.

Use this section to identify contractors who may require follow-up, such as those who have not responded to assigned requests.

Reviewing this section regularly helps ensure outstanding contractor requirements are addressed promptly.

6. Top Performing Contractors

The Top Performing Contractors section highlights contractors with the highest evaluation scores.

This provides a quick reference to contractors demonstrating strong performance in their ContractorXchange evaluations.

Important: Evaluation scores are one component of contractor prequalification. Always review the contractor's assigned template approval status before determining whether they are approved for work.

7. Navigating the Client Platform

The left-hand menu provides access to the main contractor management functions.
