Understanding Your Profiles Page

R
Written by Ronnie Tallman

The Profiles page allows you to view, create, and manage profiles within a selected template. Each profile defines the specific prequalification requirements contractors must meet.

Profiles can be customized based on the type of work, project, location, or level of contractor requirements.

1. Template Overview

At the top of the page, you'll find information about the selected template, including:

  • Template Name and Type: Identifies the template and its purpose.

  • Description: Provides details about the template.

  • Address: Displays the location associated with the template, if applicable.

  • Contact: Displays the designated contact information.

  • Profiles: Total number of profiles created within the template.

  • Contractors: Number of contractors associated with the template.

Click the pencil icon to edit the template information, address, or contact details.

2. Understanding Your Profiles

Each profile is displayed as a separate card showing its requirements and assigned contractors.

  3. Select the appropriate requirement level.

  4. Configure the applicable document, questionnaire, evaluation, and approval requirements.

To update an existing profile:

  1. Locate the profile you wish to modify.

  2. Click the pencil icon on the profile card.

  3. Review and update the applicable settings and requirements.

  4. Save your changes.

Depending on the profile configuration, you can manage:

  • Required documents and questionnaire questions.

  • Questions marked Required for Approval.

  • Evaluation requirements.

  • Approval conditions and rules.

  • Profile information and settings.

Important: Changes to profile requirements may affect contractors already assigned to that profile, including their completion progress and approval status.

5. Managing Multiple Profiles

A template can contain multiple profiles, allowing you to establish different requirements for different groups of contractors.

Contractors can also be assigned to more than one profile.

For example, a contractor may require one profile for general maintenance work and another for higher-risk activities.

Each profile can have its own requirements and approval status.

6. Deleting a Profile

To remove a profile, click the trash icon on the applicable profile card.

Before deleting a profile, review any associated contractors and requirements to ensure the profile is no longer needed.
