A document marked as Pending has been successfully uploaded and is currently under review by our Verification Team.
Pending documents appear in yellow on the Submit Documents page.
Our team reviews each document to ensure it meets all requirements and that the information entered is accurate.
What Happens Next?
Approved:
Once verified, the document status will change to Complete and appear in green.Not Approved:
If the document does not meet the required criteria:It will be removed from the requirement.
You will receive an email notification with details explaining why it was rejected. Make sure to read the 'Notes' comment with the rejection comments.
The document will return to an Outstanding status until a correct document is uploaded and verified.
