Pending Documents
Pending Documents are those that have been uploaded and are awaiting verification by our Verification Team.
The document will show on the Submit Documents page in the Pending list as yellow.
Our document verification team reviews the document and ensures it meets all necessary criteria and has the correct data entered into the system.
Once the document is verified and meets the criteria, it will display marked as 'Complete' in green.
If the document does not meet the criteria, it will be removed from the requirement, and an email notification will be sent with a rejection note. The document will remain Outstanding until the correct document is uploaded and verified.
